Horribly rude on the telephone. Requesting information while refusing to say why. When I refused the stupid membership offer, I was berrated and upbraided for my "stupidity" and "personal frivolousness". The man wouldn't tell me his last name or even make one up.
I called again (thanks to phone number on this website) and asked for a manager, the lady was downright rude and refused to let me talk to a manager insisting they were all in meetings and that one would call me back. I await that call and will give the manager a distinctive and memorable complaint!!!
Watch out, if one of these reps calls, don't tell them anything, just hang-up. They are very persistent though so be careful.
