Freedom Resource aka Lenox Capital RIPOFF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO PRODUCT YET Woodstock Georgia
Picture this senario: your late in packing for your trip overseas the next morining and you receive a phone call. The person on the phone is tryin to sell you some crap you dont want. For once you listen and discover that it was somthing that you were looking for.You make a quick decision as you are being pressured by the salesperson that this is a one time opportunity!!
Well that sombody was me, i had been looking for some type of credit card to clean up my credit. I wasnt in the least bit interested in the junk benefits or anything like that. The date I set to allow the company to take the $221 out of my account was october 26th. I was told in 15 to 21 days i would receieve information about my "benefits package".
Weeks go by, no package. I call, nobody knows anything about anything in fact they were rude and uncooperative. I called numerous times till sometime in early december (way past the promised date) i was told that my stuff was mailed out on december 6th. December 26 rolls around and now im worried i lost 200 dollars. I call again and they tell me that it was sent out on decemeber 23rd. WAIT a second, they lied. They lied about when they sent it out. They also lied about how I could get my money back. One customer rep told me it would take over 90 days. Once i got angry another rep told me that it was not true. Who is lying here? Who is telling the truth??? Today is january 8th, i got this "benefits package" today.(about 40 to 50 days after it was promised) I feel no better now, than i did before it came. I think I have been ripped off. NO CARD came, just BS papers for BS benefits. The letter they sent me looks like a photocopy of a photocopy and the booklet looks questionable. And when you try to call this place, its harder to get through to them than the Pope. Did i just loose 200 dollars and a few more dollars for calling Georgia a few hundred times? Not to mention the aggrivation??? I hope not!!! They need to be reported to somebody..
