Misrepresentation!! Make sure you read the fine print as they will lead you into a membership with a recurring monthly fee. I called in to inquire about the charge, the process was explained to me and I was denied any refund. The rep would not disclose his last name or extension and would not allow me to speak to any one else. He stated that they are not allowed to pass calls to supervisors or managers nor give out their extensions. Complete rip off. Nothing Free about. Posing as a site to help educate consumers, using "free" in it's address and doing nothing more than scamming membership fees with no opportunity for refunds even if I was dissatisfied with their product, much less entirely mislead.
