You knew what you were signing up for when you signed up. The site tells you exactly what you are signing up for and the associated fees. It even tells you on the front page that you should go to www.annualcreditreport.com to get your annual free annual credit reports that the government mandates. If you CHOSE to not read the terms and conditions, enrollment was not against your will. Besides, I'd hardly call it fine print. It tells you several times during signup that you will be charged if you don't cancel. Would you sign a lease or mortgage without reading it first? A car loan? Well, maybe YOU would, but no intelligent person would. Consider it a lesson learned and move on. Sorry you didn't want the service, but you weren't ripped off.
