I helped my daughter get a free credit report from FREE CREDIT REPORT.COM When I read the disclaimer I had to call within 30 days to cancel. I forgot until I saw the $12.95 on my CC. I called in September and they told me it was cancelled. I didn't take a close look at my CC until January of the next year - I called again to cancel & was told it was cancelled. Finally, in May of 2007 - I called and demanded a refund - I got three months of refund on my next cc bill. Whew!!! It was finally over - I thought!!! They continued charging my account $12.95 - even after the refund. I called again in September of 2007 - I got one more credit - I was sooooo leary about their promise to cancel that I called my credit card company and cancelled my account and had them send me a new cc - HAHAHAHA I finally got them! After many hours of my time, $168.35 of my money, and the hassle of changing my account. The credited me $51.80 but billed me $168.35. If they do this to 100,000 people that is $1,295,000******Just imagine if they do it to 1,000,000
