Its the OP's fault for not reading the disclosure that is in full view on their HOMEPAGE. they also state this clearly in their TV COMMERCIALS! Not sure why it was ignored _____________________________________________________________________ FROM THE FREECREDITREPORT.COM HOMEPAGE IMPORTANT INFORMATION When you order your free report here, you will begin your free trial membership in Triple AdvantageSM Credit Monitoring. The short and sweet answer, is that the site you went to was the WRONG website. For those seeking the ACTUAL and OFFICIAL site to obtain your hassle free, and truly free annual credit reports can be found at the annualcreditreport dot com website. The other site is in business to sell you credit monitoring services that are practically worthless. You can only get free credit reports if you sign up for the service. The funny thing is, they offer the details up-front, on the site and in their radio and television ads, yet people STILL fall for the rouse. The name of the site is very misleading, which is why they thrive. Ya' gotta be aware at all times, and to take the time to READ...READ...READ until you understand what you are reading.

Darrel, There is a HUGE notice right where you sign up on the FREECREDITREPORT.com website that tells you EXACTLY what you are getting for your money, AND that you are entering into a subscription. AND, it also tells you if you want your FREE ANNUAL CREDIT REPORT under the provisions of federal law, to go to annualcreditreport.com. All you have to do is pay attention and learn how to read. Furthermore, no "free" credit reports include scores. Scores are NOT part of the federal law provisions. No one ever said or implied they were. Again, pay attention.
