I purchased a car from Fredy Kia. I purchased the vehicle protection package. The windshield recently chipped and cracked on March 27, 2018. I contacted the protection package number that I paid for on January 16, 2016.  I was denied repair or replacement of my windshield. They stated it didn't fall under the terms and conditions of the agreement. I told her where are the terms listed because I only see the check marks for a 5 year warranty for windshield repair, meaning and types of repairs if no details are given. She couldn't give me any other details but to contact the dealership. When I contacted the finance department to cancel, I was told it couldn't be cancelled. I am looking at the back of the contract that states it can be cancelled. Also, the protection package apparenlty is a document that covered through Safeguard and is a document with 6 pages, which I was only given one page when purchasing the plan. The dealership should have provided me with the full documents when I purchased the plan so that I knew the exact terms. This is fraud on the dealerships part, as I was not given the proper documents and sold something with out it's full understanding of what I was purchasing just so the employees profit of the sales.
