Too bad they don't honor their commitments. They used to be my "go to" company for lingerie, but no more. I placed an order on 9/4, and they billed my credit card on 9/6, but I still don't have my items. Looking up my order online - it shows my order does not exist. (They sent me an email with my order number when I placed the order on-line, so it did exist). I called yesterday, and was on hold the first time for 16 minutes, then opted to have them call me back. I got a call back in about 30 minutes from an automated message, saying no one was available to help me. I called them again, waited on hold for 6 minutes, asked for a call back, same thing - same automated message after 30 minutes. Then I placed an email to ask about my order - again, no response. Finally today, I called my credit card company to reject the charge and file a dispute. So sad that this is where this company has landed. Order at your own risk!
