Complaint Review: Frederick J Hanna Associates - Marietta Georgia

Be very careful when dealing with Hanna.  They don't sign settlement agreements or give proof of debt.  If you search on here you will find many complaints from people that tried to "settle" with them only to find unauthorized drafts on their bank accounts.  You don't want to give them your account number or send them a check.  The best thing to do is to send a cease all contact letter and get rid of them.  If you feed them, they will not go away.  Good luck.

The Georgia Supreme Court says Hanna is a "law firm," so you have to submit a bar complaint vs. them (and not a consumer complaint with the state OCA or federal FTC -- but fine if you do that too anyway).  You may submit a bar complaint vs. Fred Hanna (the owner of the "firm") and any atty. that may have contacted you that also violated bar rules for atty.s:
