I purchased a 2001 dodge neon about a year ago. a week after we had it the turn signals stopped working. i took it to their service center. i told them it was under warranty and i wanted it fixed . all they kept telling me was that i needed to call the salesman i bought the car from and take it up with him .i then got a little loud that's when this big a** guy came out and tried to get loud and nasty with me. he was all puffed up i guess he was trying to scare me and basically kept repeating their was nothing they would do unless i wanted to pay out of pocket . so they then threatened to to call the police so i left. later my wife called and they told her i was banned from their property and they would call the police and press charges against me for trespassing. i just fixed the problem my self.
So that's the length Fred martin will go to get out of doing some basic warranty repairs
