In February of 06 I bought a "demo" 2004 Jeep Wrangler. By October of 06 I was tired of the little 2.4L engine. On October 25, 2006 I took my Wrangler back to Fred Martin Superstore to check into getting a 4.0L 06 or 07 Wrangler. My credit wasn't great so the set me to the "special financing" dept. I talked to a Blonde lady that was on her 1st day as a salesperson. Mark Lemon (whom I bought the 04 Wrangler from) helped her out with the sale.

They told me that Chrysler would not finance a Wrangler for me and proceeded to switch me to a used Ford 150 4x4. It just so happened that it belonged to one of the salesmanagers there. They also had a special that day as to where if you took a test drive you received a 12" color TV. I didn't get my TV, and after telling me Chrysler would not finance a Wrangler for me I left.

On October 26, 2006 (the next day), I went to Thomas Chrysler Jeep in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and drove off the lot with a 2006 Wrangler, financed by Chrysler.

In April of 07, I went back to Fred Martin Superstore to look at the 4 door 07 Wranglers they had. A salesman named Daylor took care of me. He had me fill out a paper with my basic info on it as he left. It took 2 minutes to fill out and I waited about 25 minutes and he never came back so I went to look for him. He was taking another couple into his office to work on a deal. I asked why he left me there. He said give him my keys and the used car manager would test drive it.

So I went back and started looking at the stock in the side lot. I had parked my Wrangler in front. A half hour later the used car manager brought my Jeep back and parked it in the side lot (which I didn't know) with the new Jeeps. When I finally found my Jeep there was a customer sitting in it with the console open, going through my personal things. I appraoched him and he said he didn't know it was mine. The used car manager left the keys in the ignition and the doors unlocked. I e mailed the company and never heard a thing back.

Adam Huff is the President. He is the biggest "rip off artist" I have ever seen. STAY AWAY FROM FRED MARTIN SUPERSTORE WHEN PURCHASING A VEHICLE. Their service department is the best, but the sales dept will rape you any chance they get.
