Frank E. Curtin Colee Complete Fraud with Numerous lawsuits against him Aliso Viejo California

Frank Curtin was a general contractor whose license is suspended by the California State Board. He is a complete fraud. He has duped dozens of investors out of millions of dollars.
Frank is a socio-pathic and psychopathic liar. His license was suspended several times for fraud. Somehow he keeps convincing the system and vicitms to "trust him." His liciense number 862974 is suspended. The underlying case is for Fraud and Breach of Contract which is nearly $2,000,000. The case is in Riverside County - case# RIC474089.
He has been evicted over 5 times. Frank has used investors money to pay off his IRS tax lien of over $100,000. Check is criminal records in Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County, as well as other counties. He has countless unlawful detainers and judgments against him. Frank, his wife Lynne, and his brother, Christopher Curtin all owe investors millions of dollars. That is why none of them are traceable via a physical residential address.
Do not get ripped off by Frank E. Curtin.

OK, to get the story correct. I did not write the one rebuttal in favor of Frank. He apparently used my email to make that rebuttal. He is a scam artist and hacker. So here is the actual judgment I have been awarded against Frank for the amount of over $2.5 million filed with the Orange County court and Los Angeles court.
As people can see, other reports have been written about me using similar scenios but the names have reversed. I have nothing to hide. So, if anybody has information on Frank Curtin, Lynne Curtin, or Chris Curtin, please leave comments. There are many others trying to find their whereabouts.

I just came across this article again. I noticed the rebuttal retracted my article. I did NOT write this rebuttal. Frank Curtin is definitely a con and scam artist. As you will note the attached judgment for $2.5 million recently granted and filed by the courts. Do not believe Frank or any of his family memebers. They are all liars and thieves.

Frank Curtin and I are currently resolving the legal matter in a satisfactory manner. As of this date, September 22, 2016, Frank is owning up to the situation and is making financial resolution to cure the issue.
I, Mercury, don't have an issue with his quality of work. In fact, I was impressed with the construction performance and quality. The previous legal matter has nothing to do with his work but rather partnership arrangements. I have since re-instated his license with the State Contractor Licensing Board.
