Edna Franco, a Keauu woman, has been sanctioned $1 miliion dollars for mortgage fraud and foreclosure fraud by DCCA. She was a former employee of Common Law Office of America who fired her for violating her oath and stealing money from customers by accepting cash payments of $3000 - $10,000 and not giving the customers receipts in an attempt to evade the IRS for taxes and to conceal her felonious activities in which she already was under a court order an injunction to cease and desist from defrauding homeowners under the hope that she would somehow save their home. After her firing, she began to spread lies about the owner of Common Law Office of America, Anthony Williams to retaliate against him for exposing her lies and her fraud. She filed a ripoff report calling Mr. Williams a "a black guy dead beat dad" and that he has scammed customers.
Mr. Williams has never been convicted of fraud like Edna Franco has and his company and program has been scrutinized by the Dept. of Justice, the FBI, HUD and the Office of Housing Oversight. There was a complaint filed by David Louie, the Attorney General of Hawaii, in which the State of Hawaii did not sanction Mr. Williams nor Common Law Office of America because there has not been one customer to date that has accused Mr. Williams or the Common Law Office of America or MEI for defrauding them or taking their money without services rendered. Edna Franco is a dishonest, deceitful, manipulating con artist who preys on the ignorance of the people (mostly Filipinos) to support her gambling addiction. There will be criminal charges filed against her for fraud, forgery and contempt of court.
Mr. Williams has many youtube videos that shows how he fights for the people and is one of the few Private Attorney Generals who is recognized world wide. After Edna Franco saw that she was exposed on the Common Law Office of America website, www.usacommonlaw.com/public-notice.html, she took it upon herself to file a fraudulent and bogus ripoff report as a means of retailation. She has lost her own friends homes, namely Myrna Soliven and Henry Malinay who she used to scam hundreds of people in Hawaii, California and Las Vegas. Don't be fooled by her deceitful, manipulating lies. She is a con artist of the worst kind and the public should beware because she has already been convicted of mortgage fraud. Anthony Troy Williams who runaway from Hawaii because he's an injunction from the state involving the mortgage scheme. He's now in Florida back in Prison again because he is the real scam artist... He was arrested in the airport. Anthony Troy Williams is a dead beat dad who doesn't support his kids. He's a liar and a fake attorney... Beware to this black guy.....

I have dealt with Edna Franco and Henry Malinay and these two people are the biggest crooks in Hawaii. Edna Franco has already been charged and convicted of mortgage fraud and Henry Malinay is under investigation for the same fraud and will undoubtedly be charged with the same crime. Private Attorney General Anthony Wiliiams is the only one in Hawaii who has helped homeowners save their homes from foreclosure. You can check out his videos on youtube to see that he is the real deal and fights for the rights of the people. Edna Franco and Henry Malinay are spreading these lies about Mr. Williams because he has exposed them as frauds an placed an article on his company website warning people about these scam artist. The only reason that Mr. Williams was even caught up with the State because of the fraudulent activity committed by Edna Franco and Henry Malinay which caused Mr. Williams to have to fire both of them for violationg company policy and defrauding consumers. Don't be deceived by these two crooks they are not to be trusted. Anthony Williams has fought against the FBI, Sheriffs, DCCA, and the States to protect the rights of the people. Edna Franco and Henry Malinay has only scammed people out of their hard earned money to facilitate their gambling habit. I was one of the people that they scammed and if it wasn't for Mr. Williams I would have lost my home. Mr. Williams is a true Private Attorney General and needs the support of the people so that he can keep fighting to protect our rights. -

Anthony Troy Williams intentionally defrauding people by making a bogus promissory note persuading the victims to pay him monthly payments instead of their lenders. I warned him to stop this criminal activity as he is committing a wire fraud and violating the financial institution for stopping people to pay their lender. Anthony Troy Williams, running this Mortgage Scheme to defrauding people is intentional deception of his personal gain and Mortgage Enterprise Investments is not a real mortgage. He is creating a bogus promissory note and people received letters and statements from his bogus company and even use my Name and people called me and told them to stop paying him because he's a bogus. He needs to be deported from Hawaii as he is never been a Hawaii resident. He cannot help you either as he renounced his social security. He's gonna run away anytime. He really needs to get deported forever!
