This is a short story about a long problem with Ford Credit and its bully in waiting, Primus Financial Services. Over the past two years, their impotence resulted in my car being illegally repossessed, items stolen at the auction where the car was stored, and after paying the bill in FULL, there still has been no release of my title. I have had several representatives that I talked to since June 28, which was when I submitted a payment that should have cleared the title.

However, I was informed (only under threat of involving the attorney general of this state) that ANOTHER email would be sent to clear the information, and that my title would be forthcoming. Had this company not repeatedly lied, from the selling of an automobile that was damaged by Hurricane Katrina but sold as new to the rude and insolent behavior of representatives of Ford Motor Credit and Primus. When I have requested transcripts of conversations, the ones "concerning collection of a debt and to ensure quality service," I am told that they are "proprietary" and cannot be released except under threat of lawsuit. I am almost at that point but do not want to incur additional expense for their negligence and non-professionalism.

Before I crawl back under my bridge please answer the two questions you evaded:

1. What was illegal about the repossession?

2. How was it possible for you to perform a pre-purchase inspection of a car and yet overlook the obvious indications of hurricane damage and be fooled into believing it was new?

1. Impotence need not deal with a bodily function but a failure to act. A dictionary might help you with that.

2. The car was damaged and sold as new, btu the company (no longer operating due to fraud in other areas of the state) reported it to the insurance company as damaged, which means it should have never been sold as "new" or said damages underreported.

Go back under your bridge or bog or wherever trolls inhabit. This is a business site.

"Over the past two years, their impotence resulted in my car being illegally repossessed"

Please explain how someone's inability to maintain an erection resulted in your car being illegally repossessed.

"selling of an automobile that was damaged by Hurricane Katrina but sold as new"

How is it that you were unable to easily identify the difference between a hurricane damaged car and a new one?
