Don't be decieved by the fancy facility and chipper salesmen.

FOLSOM LAKE FORD will take you for a ride . . . to hell and back.They will do whatever possible to get you in a car and after they've got you in it, they don't give a d**n.I was told a security system was being programmed in the Mustang I bought. When I got home I found that such a system doesn't even exist in that car. I called the next day and no one would help me with this problem - I was told to make an appointment to have the system installed that I was told was already there. I live two hours away - it's not that easy. The salesman told me my first payment wouldn't be due for 60 more days - it turns out it was due the next month.

They looked at the numbers, pulled my credit, and sold me the car. Over 10 days later (there is a 10 day statute of recission) I received a letter that they couldn't obtain financing. They ran my credit through financial institutions about 10 - 15 times.

I had so many inquiries on my credit because their Financing Manager is obviously an inexperienced retard who can't do math. They took a gamble with this deal...

Don't let them do this to you. STAY AWAY FROM FOLSOM LAKE FORD.

UPDATE: I went to return the Mustang to Folsom Lake Ford. I waited for an hour and a half for them to locate my trade in. They kept saying they just sent someone to get it, but they didn't even really know where it was. There is not one person there who has a clue as to what is going on. There brilliant answer to everything is "I don't know"... Well I know. I know that these brainless, deceiving jerks don't deserve your business.

UPDATE: I went to return the Mustang to Folsom Lake Ford. I waited for an hour and a half for them to locate my trade in. They kept saying they just sent someone to get it, but they didn't even really know where it was. There is not one person there who has a clue as to what is going on.
