Hello

My name is Roger Wilson. I worked for a construction Company Called Fluor Daniels, that contracted work from the Tennessee Eastam Chemical plant located in Kingsport Tennessee. There was a conspiracy against me that involved many workers.

They harassed me eight hours a day forty hours a week, finally resulting in a nervous breakdown, and my having to quit work. No one would listen or do anything to stop it. They cost me thousands of dollars in lost income, plus thousands in Dr bills. Also thousands of hours of mental anguish I suffered at their hands.

I did not have the money to prusue charges against this company and any laywer I talked to wanted ten thousand dollars up front to touch the case. This may not come under your type of business, but I wanted to tell this horrible abuse of my civil rights that were levied at me by this company and their employees.

I complained to Daniels Headquarters in Greenville South Caroline but to no advail. It was a company wide conspiracy, but I don't know why. I just know it happened.

I can totally understand where you are coming from. We worked together in 429 shop for a few years and there are lots of issues happening there. You are correct, the white hats know and do nothing. I was present when acts of harrasment, sexual harrassment and just plain unprofessional behavior were displayed. Management does know about things and does not care. I was present at one such meeting. One girl clearly had a sexual harrassment/discrimination issue and main management told pretty much that was just tough and deal with it. Let the guy off totally, more or less reinforced the guy on the situation. The poor girl could not afford to fight them either.

They do not care who gets hurt or how, and if you get sick and have to be off, you will be terminated. As it was put to me "If you have to be off more than one week through the year, they don't need you and will find someone else." They will harrass and work you to the point of dropping and do not care. I wish I could help you or others, but I really don't know how to do so. I have been away from there for 10 yrs now. If there were to be specifics times when I could remember your when your problems happened I would be glad to help you out.

The place is a prison, not a work place and the people in the area have to put up with it because there is no place else to work for a decent wage. I would not call what I know a conspiracy as in a plot to go out and get you specifically, but it certainly is unprofessional behavior that the powers that be stick together to keep control.

If you are a minority, you might want to contact the NAACP and other such organizations

They filed the following to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: ron Their phone number: @Rebuttal_Phone@ Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: Inform your local congressmen, legislators, local and national business agencies, etc. If you are a minority, you might want to contact the NAACP and other such organizations that are there to help defend civil rights. In fact, I'm sure there are government agencies out there who you could contact even if you are not a minority. Look around, you might be surprised what you find. You can find a wealth of information on the internet.
