Flowershopping.com They advertising a very nice heart and soul flowers. But when my lady received the flower is nothing look like the one online. california

They are advertisings a very nice heart shape flower online in their website. I ordered this flowers from them and pay for it. But when my lady got the flower. It doesn't look anything like the one they advertising. It look like a cheap flowers that you pick up from your back yard.
