Every Holiday there is some kind of big time company ready to steal your money and get away with it. Some of them are so deeply inbedded into the banking system, most banks side with them because a chargeback would result in the bank itself losing money. Flowers.com aka 1800flowers.com is one of those companies. They use our own laws that are ment to protect us and use them to rip us off. Mothers day is not far aay and this is one of the times companies like this strike. From past experience they tend to ship items not ordered, ship items already broken (items that had a defective stiker shipped anyway) and even not deliever on the date they are supposed to or deliever to someome else then use the tracking numbers to show a delievery even if it wasnt to your own home, or deliever weeks late past the special ocasion and again use the tracking numbers. When a company has a tracking number, the bank sees the delievery not caring if it was on time or even if it made it to your own address, they wont charge back and like me, had to take them to small claims court.

Even though I won, I lost because it was one of those ocasions I spent more then what I got back, but at least they didnt profit. COmpanies like this need a class action lawsuit so they learn not to rip the public off. Until then, the best way to not get ripped off by these sellers, is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL! Spend some extra time and go to your local florists. Youll notice the prices this company charges are actually higher then what you get at your local florists. Online might be easier, but they know this and once they get your money, good luck getting what you paid for.
