equipment.and they say I owe them a 1100.00 dollars because i

returned there truck to them at west liberty IA.and I paid for the fuel in cash to return the truck and trailer.they tell you

that they pay 0.33cpm but youll only get 0.24cpm.you dont get to

I WAS AN EMPLOYEE OF FLORILLI CORP IN 1992 TO LATE 1995.THEY CHANGE THEIR COMPANY POLICES LIKE THE WEATHER CHANGES EVERYDAY.YOU DONT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT ONE DAY FROM THE NEXT. THEY TELL YOU HOW MUCH YOU MAKE PER MILE AND THEN THEY TAKE 4% OFF THE TOP PER DRIVER TO PUT BACK INTO THEIR POCKETS FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON.AS FOR CLAIMS THEY TRY TO PIN THEM ON YOU SO THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM AND THEN THAT LEAVES A BAD MARK ON YOU WITH DAC. THEY HAVE TRIED TO PLAY THE SAME TRICKS ON ME WHEN I QUIT,BUT WHEN I DID THAT I CAME IN TO THE YARD[IF THATS WHAT YOU CALL IT]EMPTY SO THAT I THOUGHT WAS OK BUT THEY REPORTED TO DAC THAT I QUIT UNDER A LOAD AND THAT THEY HAD TO RETREVE THE TRK; AND I CAME FROM DAVENPORT,IA AT OSCR MAYER AND I WAS EMPTY. THEY ALSO HOLD YOUR LAST CHECK IN CASE OF DAMAGES OR CLAIMS AND THEN YOU DONT GET ONE BECAUSE THEY LIE AND TELL YOU ALL THIS BULL---- AND THEN YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT.SO IF ANYONE HAS THOUGHTS OF FLOILLI FOR EMPLOYMENT THINK TWICE. GOOD LUCK SMOOTHTALKER

First of all, I honestly don't know what happened with the dac or heart attack, all I can answer to is the fact that Florilli pays TEAMS $.33 per mile-split. Solo drivers are paid $.30 per mile, with $.24 per mile taxed and $.06 per mile paid per diam. If this driver was told he was making $.33 per mile, he should have checked his pay stubs, or questioned his payroll clerk when miles he was driving and his pay didn't add up. If you live in certain areas you are told its up to 4 weeks that you will be out at a time. You earn one day home for every week you are out. You tell your fleet manager with 2 weeks notice you want to be home, and they will do all the can to get you there. I know, I've seen it happen time and again that drivers swap out good mile loads to get other drivers home. Florilli is forced dispatch after all.
