The inspecion is the company is the worst Home Inspection Company you can ever hire in your life. Befor buying our home we hired their services for 2 different types of inspections and the both said the the roof for perfect.
The stated the that the roof will last an estimated time of 10 Years. For our suprise, only a few months later the roof starting liking water in different places and we had to spend almost $ 6,000 to repair the damage outtside and about $ 1,00o for the inside.
In addition, one of the manager Pedro Franco actually call me that i was a " Headache " because i was requesting reporting what they did wrong. I only was asking for them to do a new inspection for free as i needed to renew a insurance showing a ne inspection.
Please do not hire this unprofessional inspector, with bad language, and are ripping off people using very bad inspectors.
