FLETCHERS TIRES ripoff DISHONEST FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES PHOENIX AND SURPRISE Arizona
We attempted to purchase Bridgestone Insiginia tires at Firestone Tires at, they did not have any in yet. A neighbor recommended Fletchers, because a another neighbor worked there. So we figured what the hell, at the time I had forgotten that in 1985, I had them change my oil and they had replaced my oil FILLER CAP. I had just moved here from South Dakota in MY 1984 SENTRA! They did the first oil change, and refused to replace my FILLER CAP! But I remember them now! I now have learned alot of things about FLETCHERS TIRES, and none of them have been good. They seem to be very Chauvanistic in their business practices! In 2001 I took my 1997 Ford Thunderbird to have new tires put on my car. They put the right size on my car, but the wrong RATING! Which made me go through tires very Quickly. It is a HIGH PERFORMANCE car they put a S rating {which could not stand the weight of the car} on. Which also made me ask my husband if we had to keep on using FIRESTONE TIRES? Then come to find out that it was not the tires, it was a bunch of thieves taking ADVANTGAGE of a CUSTOMER! They are pretty good because they only honored the warranty on the tires 1 TIME! So from 2001 to 2004 I drove around with CHILDREN in my car and at risk of having a serious ACCIDENT {accidently on purpose} that is. So I would like to have them repay me for the TIRES that they sold me, for the last 3 years! Nothing More Nothing Less! I should get my other Lady Friends to file a report about them also, but I will give them this 1 CHANCE to rectify this and I will stay away. Oh by the Way there are still some good honest PEOPLE WITH good BUSINESS ETHICS. Go to a more NATIONALLY known company let the ARIZONA GREEDY BUZZARDS support themselves. So the tune of about $700 for the tires and $300 just for them being crooked! Oh I almost forgot I no longer use them, I go directly to a more known Company like FIRESTONE!!!!!!!!
