Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My husband had a change in his income and we had a move from europe back to the usa (we are Americans)which involved a major expense. We had gotton about 45 days past due on our fleet credit card. My husband called them, explained the situation, then made arrangements that were suggested by fleet of 64.00 per month for 3

months. Then they would re-age the account.

Well out of that 64.00, they take 8.00 in a check processing fee(don't know what that is as we give the a post dated check from our account.)plus a 35.00 overlimit fee plus another 70.10 in finance charges.

We were shocked, but felt we could deal with it. Fleet had informed my husband that our name would be taken off of the automatic call list because the arrangements were made. That was the beginning of the end! We have been

harrassed daily between five and seven times a day starting at 10 a.m. by one fleet collections representative. I inform her every day that we have

already made arrangements with fleet so why is she continuing to call us at all hours?

She then proceeded to call me stupid and asked me "where the hell do you think I am calling from, the moon'? Then, "Do you realize who I work for, m'aam? I

then told her sarcastically that I doubt if it was the ceo of fleet.

That sent her into a tirade. I asked her her name. She would not give it. So, I did what any other intelligent, reasonable person would do. I put the phone down.

My husband then received a message at his office to call(he is a software engineer) fleet. He returned home and promptly called them. The fleet supervisor in collections was pleasant and had no knowledge of any fleet

representative leaving any message. We then realized it was the one fleet rep. in collections harrassing us. Then once again starting at 11 a.m., this same

fleet representative started harrassing us again. She then informed me she will continue to harrass us on an hourly basis.

She will not give us her name. We made arrangements that were agreeable to both parties. Why are they continuing to harrass us? My husband also told them it was not convenient for them to call him at work, but that they could contact him at home. They said he had no rights in that matter and that it would take a cease and desist letter in order for them to stop harrassing him at

work.
