I paid over $400 to flagship and authorize.net for 6 months despite the fact that there was not a single transaction on my account. After calling flagship to request a refund of a portion of the amount paid, the representative rudely questioned why my account had been set up 6 months previously. After I informed the rep that I was unhappy with his tone he put me on hold without saying a word and the line was disconnected.
Terrible customer services. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
