Yes am making a report on First Premier because they set hear charging my credit card ever month for none payment. The reason I have not been paying is because they set hear an let Buget Car Rental Service come in to my account and take money back after the fact I called and First Premier spotted it. They never went after them. Buget TOOK $249.00 OUT OF MY account. They claimed they don't recive my documents I send them. Then take me to fall for the dumb s*** but I'm not the one. So when I called to talk to them there Employee Tiffany tells me she don't see it. Like I told her she is a lie. I been trying to get my account right and they did not do anything I have been fighting with them about them charging my account it's almost $800 they have charged my not including interest rates. I would like to file classes action. I told them if they did not get my account right I will be filing. So it's not a game with them no more.

This report is a primary example as why there should be at least a minimum education requirement in order to gain a credit card.  As your report is basically jibberish and a 4th grader could probably have written a better report.

As near as I can figure you had a charge from Budget for $249 that you say you did not authorize.

Now, the first question is did you rent a car from them and this is just a dispute for "damages" or some extra fee?  In this case you most likely did authorize it and if you dispute it, you need to go after Budget.

If you are saying you never rented from Budget, then they charged your card because someone gave them your card number.  This is known as Identity Theft and in addition to disputing it with the Credit Card you need to file a Police Report.  If you failed to follow proper procedures your dispute can be denied.  Oh, and you have only 60 days from the date of the charge to dispute it...per Federal Regulations.  After 60 days you are the one responsible for the charge.

As for just deciding to not pay them...You may have been able to delay paying them the disputed amount.  But that does not remove any responsibilty from you making your payments on the other balance or fees.  Once they decline your dispute you then must pay the amount.  You can of course still try to go after the balance after the fact, but you must make your payments.

As for what I think you are saying in filing a "Class Action Lawsuit".  Realize that unless you can prove that they do this to more people there is no "Class" and it would be tossed out of court faster than you can say Hello.  Oh...and even to start the process an attorney is going to want $10,000-$30,000 up front.
