premier bankcard sent me a pre-approved letter, I decided to go for the offer, after filing out the form online and getting approved I was then charged a $95 fee. What the hell, I paid it got some verification number and never heard a thing, they have no contact on their website, I got no email updated on the card being issued let alone a card in the mail. After reading reviews I found out they might eventually send a credit card for a low limit and 49% interest but even that never came. This business should be criminally prosecuted and shut down. Im filing a dispute for the payment I gave to them, then the BBB and next FCC.

ANY credit card solicitation contains a disclosure sheet which gives each and every fee and charge as well as the APR.  You didn't read it did you?  Within 15 seconds of going to their website, I found the "CONTACT US" tab at the top with the telephone numbers.  I guess you didn't read that, either.  Or...this is nothing more than some immature attempt to defame them because you are in collections because you haven't paid your bill in typical sorry deadbeat fashion.  You can cry and whine to the BBB all you want.  The BBB is NOT part of ANY government agency and has ZERO power to do anything!
