I recently obtained a Gold card from First Premier Bank. I cancelled due to outrageous fees. They call me to inform me that they will drop all fees except for about $50.00. I took the card. Little did I know that they change the due dates to whenever they want,and charges you for being late 30 days when you are only late for 2 weeks. My payment was due on the 2nd of August. I went to use my card on the 15th and it has been suspended. I called them to see why.

They told me I was over 30 days past due. I tried to explain to them that I made July 1st Payment and was only due for August. She said yes you did and your billing cycle started on the 7th of July which placed me 30 days past due. How is this possible? My due date should be 30 days from my last due date and I should not have been charged a late fee of $25.00.
