credit card protection rip-off

in these days and time we all need to protect are selves in case we get sick or hurt. so we opp in to insurances and like this program. payment protection. well i did this with PREMIER CREDIT PROTECTION

they took my money and when it came time to use the program they did and are still doing everything and anything they can not to pay up.They first stated that i didn't have a job for 6 months to getting the service. when that was wrong and it took them 2 weeks to see. they came again with saying i didn't work  over 30 hours a week, full time and that too was untrue. each time it took them 2 to 3 weeks to let me know they where still denying my claim. i have had the same job for 8 years full time and i proved it. i have had my superintendent mail and fax them also i have shown pay stubs award letters dating back to 2003 but still they keep denying me. what can i do to stop this from happening?

all the time my credit is getting run to the ground and im getting late fees. I also asked if they see there in the wrong will they make good on it they told me no.so in-truth the same company that says there protecting is there to make sure your not.

i been out of work from 11/21/2010 till now 3/16 2011 and still have not reserved a dime. my credit is shot again and im still getting the run around.

Start by contacting the Office of Thrift Supervision, which is located in Washington, DC. You will need to explain your situation and then they'll send you forms to complete to return back to them with supporting documentation. If they approve your case, they'll have the credit card company honor their agreement. If they're ordered to pay off whatever balance you have, be prepared when they place a derogatory statement on your credit report....again. So, if you need to do any refi's, do it before the OTS steps in and makes them pay. I went through a similar scenario with Care Credit. Avoid them like the plague because in addition to the run-around, they'll also post your timely payment late and then report it the credit bureaus. Good luck!!
