Freehold,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Sun, December 09, 2007
To say that every employ should be prosecuted is a very bold statement to make especially if you do not know the facts about the company, or it's employees. I no longer work for the company however i dilike it very much when peolple say things like that because we are everyday people doing our jobs. We do not commit fraud because every piece of information given to anyone is exactly what they receive nothing less. I this company a rip off? Yes, however the customers have the opportunity to either cancel, decide not to do it at all, or just not call. We do not force anyone to do something they do not agree with(please read other previous rebuttals) nor do any of the employees misrepresent themselves. Everyone who writes these reports are so heart broken While I feel for them, I can't say that I am heart broken for them. Anyone who calls the company is given all the same information and is asked to agree with the information. If anyone doesn't want to agree or participate they don't have to. No one wants to take the blame for forgetting to cancel or for not reading the paperwork properly or even for listening to what the representatives say to them. On more than one occasion during a conversation with a representative it is told to the customer how much any fees are, when and if they'll be debited, and that the card is for catalog shopping only. It is up to the person to decide if they want to continue or not. Furthermore if a person does decide to continue I am pretty sure that they know whether or not they will have the money in there account on the specified date. If it's not going to be there don't bother it will not kill that person if they decide not to do it. Also, once there trial is activated they can call the benefits and card services to have the fees reduced, pushed back, canceled, and even split in payments where they can begin looking at and purshasing products before they even pay a membership fee in full. If people would call the number given to them they would find all this information out. Just like with any other company patience is a vitue. Like I said to prosecute all the employees for doing the job they're paid to do is stupid.
