1st Global Credit Marketing inc, were orded to pay Arizona couple Michael & Bonnie Pileggi awarded monies in the amount of $3,000.00. The judgement were based on findings supporting that the couple provided hours submitted, and that the failure of 1st Global Credit Marketing directors/owners, known to be Manuel (Mike ) Charkchyan, Derek Ahlvers, and Josh Royer,wilfully with intent, denied payment for hours worked and made the couple wait for months for payment they were required under ARS Statutes to provide them, when they were wrongfully terminated, in seeking the hours worked

Each of the claiment(s) suggested that the employer had owed them the amount of $500.00 ea. The Labor Department of The Industrial Commission of Arizona, after having investigated the matter in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S.23-356 and A.A.C. R20-5-1004 found from the period of February 12th to Febraury 19th 2015 that the amount each were owed came to $507.00 each. The directors of 1st Global Credit Marketing were notified of the findings, and given ample time to provide payment to each of the claiments, and or given the oppertunity to refute any claims made against them.

All letters and attempts to remedy the situation were ignored by 1st Global Credit Marketing, and their assigned directors/owners, and upon the expirations of the time seeking answer and or review, Michael & Bonnie Pileggi were awarded the judgement amount of $1500.00 each, making the total given award in the amount of $3000.00.

Letters were provided to both claiment(s) and 1st Global Credit Marketing, explaing in specific detail, what remedies are available to pursue collections of the determined amount. As of this writing 7-10-15. All directors/ owners and operators of the business known to be 1st Global Credit marketing, Inc, has since ignored letters from the Industrial Commission Of Arizona/Labor Department, leaving little choice but to allow both claiments to seek a Superior Court ordered judgment, with an attached letter from an authorized judge in the State of Arizona to pursue such legal remidies as allowed by law.
