credit card ripoff/ first credit alliance, las vegas.

i was mailed an approval for credit card for the amount of 10.000 dollars unsecured credit and i mailed the processing fee of 50.00 dollars and never received a card.. i made several attempts by calling 702-598-5772 and the phone does not answers but automatically hangs up..

i want to know what i need to do in order to file a complaint...
