Advice for all the other victims of "First Credit Alliance, Inc. work at home rip off"
I found myself in much the same position once, having paid a payment to a company that then seemed to disappear into the void.
I wrote a letter about the situation to the attorney general's office in the state where the company had been located, and found out that there was a class-action suit pending against the company.
My complaint was added to the list of names, and my money was refunded from the judgment that the company had to pay the
state.
It took a long time to resolve, but I did get my money back.
