This bank has been taken money from me for the last time. I really don't care about the company. I just need it because my direct depoit is going there. I also have bad credit. But one thing I have notice is that. They have been taken out money and I have no record of them. When they send you the record for the month they only send you partial of the record to make sure you don't catch the rest. So I called today to see what was going on with my account. Thinking I was only about 90.00 in the whole. When I check my account I was 271.00 in the whole. I check my account every week before and after payday. The company charges you for something that automatically comes out the ATM. lately I have been checking in to this, to see if my theory was right. I would swipe from my card and the balance would automatically come out of the account. So there shouldn't be a with- holding in the account. What happens is that the company charges you a second time. They charge me an over draft charge for $2.05 which the over draft charge is $29.95 What ever I bought cost me $32.00. Why did I have $2.05 with holding when it automatically came out of my account when I swipe my card. I don't mess with checks just a debit card. When I used the ATM the ATM automatically takes out from the account. The lady told me they where with holding an ATM fee for $60.00. If to put two and two together. When you take out from the ATM the ATM automatically take out that transactions. Know matter what ATM you are at. They are just trying to become rich off us poor people.

This bank should be investigated for their practices. I sent a check to a relative for $200.00 in the beginning of the month of July and the check did not clear my account until the latter part(July 29th). It showed up on my July bank statement however when it showed up,there was an overdraft charcge of $29.96. I thought,O.K., maybe the check got there a little late because it was an ot-of-town deposit. Low and behold , my Agust statement comes in and I find ou that there was another $200.00 deduction from my account and it was for the same check. In dealing with this bank you have to be very careful. If you don't know or don't want to know where your money is going, they will surely take full advantage of that!!!

They alter checks to get a O/D charge. I started putting just enough in to cover their fee. Then they raised the fee. I did not know. Luckly I had enough to cover it. I quit having my child support deposited directly because I noticed the checks not going through when they should. They got alot until I stopped direct deposit on child support and my weekly income. They do not explain things to you then you end up in the hole again. And now there is a priorty pay debit being held out of my account. I have no idea why, but I bet I find out when I contact them.

First Convenience Bank also floats checks and charges your account for monthly fees at different times so if your balance is low it overdraws your account. Then they hit you for an overdraft charge of $29.95. 90% of customers at this bank have bad credit and cant get an account anywhere else. They know this. They really take the opportunity to abuse bad credit customers because they know they have no other choice for a bank account. I have also filed complaints with the TC and Banking Commissions

I am also a customer of this bank, and recieved no notification of this in my September statement, either..or any other, for that matter. Someone really dropped the ball here..I hope they realize their mistake, and refund the charge..
