FCNB sent out a letter to all visa and mastercard users that we will all be canceled through no fault of our own, as of March 7, 2003. That our cards will be terminated. They said it was for business reasons.

It did not say if we would be reimbursed our annual fees for the year. I mean, we paid for the whole year, and I am being terminated eight months before that time is up. I tried to call several times. All I receive is a busy signal. Not sure if they are that busy, or if they took their phone off the hook. I wanted to send them an e-mail, but there is no way I can find on line where I can do that. They give an address if you want to send them a letter, but I am afraid that my questions will never be addressed. I mean, how fair is that? I always made my payments on time, and I was a good customer, and this is how they treat me? This is how they treat all of us? What gives? I want some answers, and I want at least 2/3 of my annual fee credited.
