Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had a mastercard with First Consumers National Bank (FCNB. In January,2003,my annual fee was charged. In February, my credit limit was raised. In March my charging privileges were cancelled, abruptly, with just a week's warning. That happened to all account holders for master card and visa card accounts. I called FCNB and spoke with a rather snotty customer service woman to find out when I would get the annual fee credited to my account. I should not have to pay an annual fee for a credit card that I cannot use.

She said she didn't know and that they were looking into what to do about these fees. That was the last time I spoke to a human being there. I have not been able to get through since. Tonight I tried again and was told by the recording that my wait time would be just under 61 minutes. Rediculous. My problem isn't as bad as those who have security deposits that they are trying to get back from their savings.

Nonetheless, I am out $69 and the ability to charge. Something needs to be done about this. I would be willing to be involved in a class action suit, expecially is I do not get my annual fee credited. This avoidance and not making themselves available, makes me believe they are a crooked company. If they weren't they would allow themselves to be contacted. Thanks for listening.
