First Consumers National Bank FCNB ripoff business from hell Portland Oregon
I have been fighting with this bank for 2 years.
My total charges on my account were 130.56 2 years ago.
I have paid a total of 268.00 and my account is still showing a balance of 278.00
They have called me at work every single day on my account
demanding payment to be made now. Same thing with me over limit fees and late fees that have been absurd.
When she asked me to verify where I worked I told her she already had that information I didnt need to repeat it. And that I will not discuss this at my place of work, she still continued to call every day.
When I asked for her number so that I could call her to discuss my account at another time, she was really nasty with me on the phone and asked me why she should give me her number, I told her I didnt care if she did or not! But then I suggested to her she should never call me again, I asked for her manager and her reply was that she didnt have one. Every one I know has had problems with their account.
