First Consumers National Bank FCNB ripoff Ontario Canada
In 2002 I was ripped-off of $199.00, I reported it back than but no one ever responded. I was suppose to receive a credit card, and everytime I called the company, they told me it will be sent out. This is 2004 and I am still out of $199.00 with no credit card.
