On May 5, 2002 i was called and told i was eligible to receive a gold unsecured mastercard from first capital consumers group with a 2000 dollar credit limit. They then told me that i needed to give them 219 dollars in order to complete the process and then asked for my name address check number and bank account number and then told me that they would debit my account on may 15 2002 then they gave me a pin number. Everytime i call the number that they gave me i swear it takes them 4 hours just to pick up the phone and there is always a answering machine that comes on and says the operators are not available and u cant leave a message because the mailbox belonging to first capital consumers group is full. May 15 comes and i finally get in touch with them. They say it will take 2 weeks before i receive my gold mastercard. i call again may 30th and they tell ask me if i have received my package and i say no i havent so they tell me that it was mailed and should be there within the end of the week or the beginning of next week. So i call again june 17 and they keep telling me its coming. So here it is July 4 2002 and i have yet to receive my card so i am filing this report. I want them to burn for the people that they have tricked. Jer-Rald Landover, Maryland
