My husband and I were contacted by this company two weeks ago. We were told that we were approved to receive a visa, mastercard, and sprint pcs cellular phone. Both the visa and mastercard had $2500 credit limits. We were told that we needed to have $219 debited from our checking accounts and that we would receive the cards along with the membership packet in 10 days. The money should have been debited on May 24, 2002. The money was not debited. We have unsuccessfully tried to contact them at 416-488-4664 to get information. Each time we call a recording comes on stating "You have reached our customer service center. Our hours are 9am to 9pm M-F eastern time. If you have received this message, it means all agents are busy. You can call back or leave a brief message and we will try to return you call asap". Those may not be the exact words, but they are pretty close to it. These people should be reprimanded for calling consumers and giving false information. I am glad they did not debit the money.
