First Capital Consumer Group ripoff con artist fake rip-off thieves Ontario Canada
Sometime in April I recieved a telephone call asking if I was still interested in recieving a creditcard.And if I had a checking account.I told them that I was interested in getting a card.BUT I didn't have a checking account,but my husband does.They said it would be fine to use his account.And for a little more I could get two cards,with a crdeit limit of 4000.00.I told them I would have the money on May 1,2002.THEY said it would be ok ,and to make sure I put in 209.00 to cover the amount of both cards. They took the money and we still have not gotten any credit cards.....
