First Capital Consumer Group ripoff a group of very cruel people, inhuman and inhumane Ontario & Florida
First Capital Consumer Group is a total scam, they say they'll give you credit for $2500 MasterCard as well as a Visa card, This is where the scam starts. Diane Young was the person who called me, she acted so nice, but all she is, is an excellent Manipulator and fraud.
I found out that the number Ms. Young gave me 416-289-3288 was either not her number or she doesn't exist, I only called to change some information and I got hung up on five times in a row.
I also called customer service at 416-488-4664 and 416-488-0219, I called these numbers over 80 times most of the time I got a mailbox full message, out of 80 times I was able to leave 5 messages after two weeks I haven't gotten one call back.
I realized this was a scam when I went online to try to contact these people and all that came up was the Rip Off Report and the Consumer Complaints sites. This company needs to be put out of business. How can anyone be as cruel as this company is? Especially at a time where every American's life is terrorists could attack being lived with the uncertainty that we may at any moment.
Rather than hurt others like this company is doing we need to stick together as a country. This company is a group of very cruel people ( but these people are inhuman and inhumane.)
