First Capital Consumer Group aka Trans America ripoff liars scam artists cheapskates ripoff business Toronto Ontario
Please stay away from First Capital Cons Telephone Group. They called me on July 12th, offering me a Mastercard with a $2,000 credit limit.
They told me that there was a one time processing fee of $199 dollars, but I would have to give my bank account information in order for them to debit it from my account.
They then told me that my card would be in the mail in ten business days. Well those ten days came, so I decided to call the very busy customer service line.
It's funny, the customer service line is always busy or either they have a answering service that encourages you to leave a message and they will return your call within the next 24 hours. But it's funny that they never returned any of my phone calls.
Then I finally got through to customer service and I spoke with a gentleman. He was very nasty towards me. He told me that the card would be in the mail in 15 to 20 business days. So the number had grown from 10 to 14 to 15 to 20. So I was furious!!
Today makes day 22, so I decided to get on the internet and do some research only to find out this was a hoax and I am thoroughly disgusted over this!! How dare they take people's money and not give them a credit card in return? And how long do they think they can get away with this without it going unnoticed?
I hope my report helps people in the future. Please stay away from this company and any other company who asks for your personal bank/credit card information over the telephone. It's a hoax!!!
