FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMER MEMBERSHIP SERVICES FRAUD
PROMISED TO GET A $15,000 GOLD CREDIT CARD AT 8.5% TO PAY OFF OTHER CREDIT CARDS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD ASSIST ME IN ACQUIRING ONE.. THEY TOOK ALL MY INFORMATION, SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME.. I HAD SET UP 3 DIFFERENT PHONE APPOINTMENTS WITH THEM IN WHICH THEY NEVER CALLED BACK... CALLED THEM ALMOST EVERYDAY ,LEFT MESSEAGE FOR THE OWNER THOMAS TOMASELLIT TO RETURN MY CALLS.. THIS WENT ON FOR 4 MONTHS AT WHICH TIME THE CHARGE OF $398. was on my credit card... they kept stringing me along telling me a card was coming knowing that after 90 days i could not dispute this with the credit card company that I used to purchase this agreement... I did try but was told by my credit card service that 90 days had already passed...I then called to talk to mr. Tomasellit, or to a Kathy Chabowsk about this matter neither one of them would talk to me , I did talk to a Dana Iser and at that time she was very nice and informed me that this company never gives refunds and that they were in the process of merging with another company..So if anybody out there gets a call from First Capital C.M.S. Credit Card Protection BEWARE....
