Hi Cheryl, They got me for the $19.95 too, but nothing more. Oh, they tried, and I have posted everything here in various posts at this helpful website. Same name, different city and state, yet, lo and behold, same d**n phone number. Can you say SCAM? The only way to stop them is to close the account and open a new one, and NEVER give anyone your account info over the phone again. While at your bank, explain the situation and see what can be done to possibly get your money back. Some people have been successful in getting the bank to get the money back if it has been less than 60 days since it was debited. My bank was on to them after I came in and explained what was going on, and stopped them from getting the $159.90, but these bastards recycle your account info to others, so the unauthorized debits continue, repeatedly. That's why you have to close the account IMMEDIATELY. Don't give them anything else! They messed with the wrong one when the suckered me.
