 I had signed up for a warranty contract last year. This year when renewal time came up they took my first payment out of my account for the renewal contract prior to even receiving the new contract to look over. Then when I did receive the renewal contract it came with a form to cancel the plan sign and send in, stated in the contract you have 30 days to review and lsend in cancellation without penalty and that it had to be done in writing and sent to a address given on the cancellation paper. So I sent in the cancellation paper to the correct address within the time period. Then the second month came and yet another payment was taken from my account. At that time I called the company to see why my plan had not been cancelled and refund received as I had followed rules stated in contract. First time I called and left a message, never received a phone call back. Then went to website nothing on there about cancelling. Called company back and was informed if you want to cancel you have to send an email to [email protected] in order to cancel. Which the company confirmed that this email is not stated on contracts nor on their website. So I then sent an email to this email address which by this time was a day or two pass my 30 days I had to review and cancel. Well my contract was cancelled after a few days of sending the email, but they did not issue a refund for the two months of $55 each month and charged me a $50 cancellation fee because it was after the 30 days. When I contacted the company and talked to a rep. I was told that they would send all my info. to a manager and I would receive a call back. Over the next few days I scanned all my paperwork and sent another email to the [email protected], with scanned copies of all my information and requesting a refund. Never received a call back so called once again. I talked to Tracy Santos and she went through her manager Erica Brown both in cancellations, I was told they couldn't do anything and that it was my problem. Asked to speak with mangers or someone higher in the company was told there was no one. I let them know I was going to report this and they stated they did not care. Nasty and terrible customer service and will not refund money taken from me.
