First American Home Buyers Protection Corp Deceptive sales practices on what is and is not covered under their policy Santa Rosa Ca
I purchased a home warranty and asked very specfic information about what was covered under this policy. Unfortunately I had a pipe/break under the front porch of the house. When I purchased the policy I was told that everything was covered up to where our water line attaches to city water. Now they are saying it is not covered by the warranty. Don't use them they are not honest when selling these policies and will say whatever they need to to make a sale. They are also one of the more expensive plans out there. Now I am in a debate with management about what was actually promised with them pulling audio recordings of the sale itself. Bottom feeders at best....cancelling this as soon as I get this resolved. Who needs a headache like this when it comes to gettting home repairs done.
