Could make this a long story - but..
Over a month now waiting to have the slipping agitator on my 7 year old washing machine repaired. Called Feb. 15th. It is now March 12th and still not repaired. It has been a series of no shows, no calls to inform they were not coming, wrong part ordered, rude repairman (All Tech) and a series of frustrating calls resulting in unkept promises.
Finally demanded to have Sears repair machine.
Appointment scheduled for March 15th....I am confident in Sears.
First American Home Buyers Protection proports to screen their contractors.
I would like to see their screening process.
Shameful customer service.
