Firestone Poor warraty and cheap parts Hermitage Pennsylvania
I had the right front wheeel bearing repaced at Tires Plus in Fleming Island Florida.After 4 months the bearing failed.I was happy to hear that Firestone in Hermitage would honor the warranty and replace the bearing free of charge.3 months later the bearing has failed again and I was told there is no warranty because they go back to the first install for the warranty. My mileage was now over the original milelage warranty.It is now obvious that they use cheap parts the first time and even cheaper parts the 2nd time.To be fair this must be a corporate wide policy.
