I TOOK MY TRUCK IN TO HAVE 4 TIRES INSTALLED. THE TIRES WERE $50.00 EA. WITH $24.00 ROAD HAZAROUS FEE AND FREE INSTATTATION. I WAS CHARGED $304.00. THE TIRES WERE NOT ALIGN.

I WAS TOLD THAT SATURDAY 10/02/04 TO BRING THE TRUCK BACK ON MONDAY. WHEN WE TOOK THE TRUCK BACK ON MONDAY 10/04 THE SALES SAID IT WOULD COST ME 69.95 TO GET THE WHEEL ALIGNED.

I FEEL I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE I WAS A FEMALE. I WITNESS ANOTHER FEMALE EXPERIENCE THE SAME THING WHILE I WAS IN THE STORE. AT THAT TIME MY TRUCK WAS BEING SERVICED.

Tires do not get aligned. What does an alignment have to do with buying tires anyway? Did Firestone offer you a free alignment for purchasing the tires? If they did not, how were ripped off? Or, did someone tell you that the shop SHOULD have given you a $70 alignment for FREE? Hmmmmmm.

I know in my experiences buying tires, the alignment is not included in the price. I don't think they ripped you off in that way, but they should have told you that it is recommended to align them whenever you replace tires and given you an accurate estimate.
