Fingerhut/Webbank Negative reporting on credit report/stated included in bankruptcy Saint Cloud Minnesota
Filed bankruptcy over a year ago. Decided to pull credit report to see what was being reported. Disputed Fingerhut/Webbank account that stated it was included in my bankruptcy. I was never contacted by this service and never received any billing statements. The dispute was returned as MY account and was reporting accurately. I have documention that shows it was not included in the bankruptcy and was never listed as an open account. I will be contacting the company and demanding that the information be removed. I will also notify the BBB and the Attorney General's office in Minnesota of their fraudulent practices.
