I wrote in a rebuttal advising someone what to do if they are scammed by financing alternatives. I am going to advise everyone now. I am in the same situation that many of you are. I am 21 years of age and i'm trying to better my credit. They made empty promises to make my credit better and to ship me a computer of my choice.

Well i'll tell you one thing, they really do lie. First of all, if you have ever seen thier TV ads, there are no stipulations that state a minimum of 3 months payment history for thier "auditors" to offer you to get off the lay away plan. What lay away plan is that? They don't say anything about a lay away plan in the commercials. They mislead you into believing that if you call, then they will ship off your computer within 3 to 5 business days. That's how: Dell, Gateway, Toshiba, Sony, Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Office Max, Circuit City, Best Buy, among other companies do business if your credit is approved. So if your credit is approved through Financing Alternatives, then why do they wait for 3 whole months and debit from your account?

If Financing Alternatives considers you credit worthy like they state on the website and commercials, then why don't they mail the computer off within a week like Dell does for example? Because it's a scam. On the official website http://www.pcs4forall.com the President George Christian states that he was a Navy Serviceman and he is religious and he knows how hard it is to recover from bad credit. So he feeds off the desperation of people with bad credit. Just read the other rip off reports of this companys performance with the customers. The rude representatives and the empty promises.

As I stated first in this report I can sum up how to get your money back. It's easy and simple. You file a complaint with your bank. Or call the 1-800 number. Then you explain to them that you have tried fruitlessly to get this company from withdrawing from your account. To no avail have you gotten them to stop. The bank SHOULD put a stop payment on the account, refund your money back to your account. Perhaps it will be several months worth of withdrawls that you will get back. But you need to be resiliant. The bank will then demand the money back from Financing Alternatives. And an added bonus, the bank WILL refer to this site. I told the head banker at my Wells Fargo branch, showed her the site, she made a few phone calls and within an hour she told me my money was in the account and they had put a stop payment on this company, refunded me of all the NSF fees and over draft charges. I am not out even one cent now.

Please do this. If you have to file a complaint with the BBB, the corporate head quarters of your bank, it should get that done. Most of the time, talking to your bank, explaining to them what has happened, that you've tried to fax them stuff to stop withdrawls, then the banker should take care of it. This company Financing Alternatives may scam some people but please protect yourself. They aren't so big when a big major Bank such as Wells Fargo or 1st National are nipping thier butts for money to be returned. And legally they have to do it. Even if you have to say that you didn't notice anything missing untill you got your bank statement, then your guaranteed at least a few months worth of your money back, as well as possibly any over draft fees if your like me.

Take all your money out of the account and hope Financing Alternatives will go away, but they don't go away so the fees add up and you smart up to them. The kicker is that I never signed anything. Untill they can produce my signature that proves I read over thier contract, they don't have me. I told my bank this. So especially if you didn't sign a contract, tell your bank and have them call up Financing Alternatives and see if the company can fax your bank proof that you authorized payments. Even if you did sign the contract, don't tell your bank. Just tell them that you were mislead by a commercial and you told the company you wanted them to stop. They didn't and kept withdrawing money from your account.

If your in the position that you've known about it for more than a few months then state to your bank that you have been very busy and didn't notice anything awry untill just now. Several months worth. This method might get you back more than 500 dollars. Please give it a try and show this company that they can't rip us off. Oh and I am emailing the president of Financing Alternatives and give him the common courteousy of knowing his company has been reported in Rip Off Report. Maybe the company will change direction. You can even contact him if you've been ripped off. Go into the website and click Contact Us, then his email link will be there. The website is pcs4all.com don't forget the http://
